Firstly, you'll be able to genuinely connect with someone who is fully present, listening, and concerned about the issues and pains you are experiencing. Once you feel you have "emptied your cup," we make sure it's clean, and then we can begin to fill it with insights and solutions that YOU need. That doesn't mean you won't get answers on your first visit!

Our office is in the Galleria area of Houston, located at 2425 West Loop South, just north of Westheimer on Highway 610's northbound feeder road. The building is gray, 11 stories tall, and says STAGE in red letters at the top. Our office is on the 2nd floor, suite 259. Skype sessions are also available.

We do accept some insurance. If your insurance company is not listed below, please call to discuss your options. You may also contact your insurance company to inquire if they will reimburse for out-of-pocket costs and how much. We can provide an invoice receipt for you to submit. When possible, don't allow insurance coverage itself to deter you from seeing the provider you wish to see!

We accept the following insurance plans at this time:

  • Tricare- Military
  • Blue Cross/BS- Out of Network
  • Traditional Medicare​
  • Traditional Medicaid

Depending on your insurance coverage, copays range between $15 and $31 for behavioral health. Traditional Medicaid does not have a copy.

We require a one-time deposit so that we know that you are ready and committed to attending your session. We are not a medical clinic with people lined up in our waiting room. If someone misses an appointment, we wait an hour for the next client. We not only respect other people's time, but our as well. Over the years, we have found that deposits are necessary.

In addition to checks and cash, I accept debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal. We charge an additional 3% for cards and PayPal.

LCSW stands for "licensed clinical social worker. To receive this license, one must have a Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited university and complete 3,000 hours of clinical training in a mental health facility under the supervision of an LCSW. The person must then pass the Association of Social Work Boards Exam, which tests the person’s knowledge about the theories of human development, behavior, and relationships; the diagnosis of mental disorders; and treatment interventions.

For most people, it ranges between 2 and 6 sessions. It's not uncommon for people to get the answers they need in one session, while others work through deep-seated issues or work towards success goals for months. Ultimately, you decide what you need from session to session!

We require a full 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel your appointment to avoid being charged the full session fee.
